Can I change my shipping address
All orders placed online, leave our warehouse within 2 days. If we can notice change in shipping address before that – it can be altered. We advice to send us an email on [email protected] with your order details so that we can do necessary modifications. Once the order is left for delivery, we do not have the ability to change/modify any details of the order, including the address. We also cannot have orders rerouted or held at your local Post Office or location. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
What is in-store Pickup
We are just a startup and do not operate from a warehouse setup yet. If you are interested to pickup your order, we can provide you the location. Just get in touch with us at [email protected] and we shall offer you pickup location.
Where do you ship & do you offer international shipping
At this time, we are no longer shipping internationally. Orders placed on crafeteria.com.au can only be shipped within the Australia.
